All Glory and Honour to the Lord!

She has wonderful testimonies but this one really hit me:
GOD’S HEALING POWER
My eyes have seen His glory. My eyes have seen His salvation. He not only gave me back my life but He has healed me many times since 1983.

The Lord has healed me from bleeding ulcers where the doctors in England said to me that it is a major operation 50-50 chances. I was bleeding for 3 months. My stomach was distended; the Lord performed an operation in my sleep. In a dream I was turned on my stomach, raised from the bed about 6 inches an instrument came from under the pillow and scraped my stomach where I really felt the pain, I screamed, and then I was put down and instantly I was awakened and I noticed that my swelling on my stomach was gone. It was an instant miracle.

He healed my son of a blocked tube in his kidneys where he was in and out of Great Ormond Street Hospital in London England for 5 years, whilst going to the hospital I asked him one question, do you believe Jesus is able to heal you Son and he said yes. We went to the hospital they inserted the dyes into his system and found that the passage was cleared.

The beggar with a choice.....

Hello All!!!
Grace and Peace be unto you in the name of Jesus.
On my way into work today something happened that really got my marbles rolling.
On the corner of Broadway in NY city, the sight of the hungry and the homeless is far from surprising however today it alarmed me in a strange way when I looked at this Caucasian male (roughly around the age of 38) going through the trash can and eating the food out of it so deliciously.
My stomach churned and I cried out in my spirit JESUS!!! I quickly whipped out my wallet searching for the $10 bill I knew I had and handed it over to him...
Much to my surprise he refused it!!! so I keep on walking and then he got me thinking... "A beggar with a choice" I wondered why wouldn't he take it, he was a mess, eating from the trash can, he was in need.. "didn't he know??" so I decided to name him "Poor Johnny" and then in my spirit that's how I started to get convicted. I heard a voice say to me "That's exactly how you are when it comes to the lord" feeding of trash when he has offered you grace.. he has everything you need and gives it with love yet you reject him like a beggar with a choice"
At this point, I was like oh no not now I going to work I only tried to do something good by feeding the poor, its not about me... its him, he knew he needed help and yet he wouldn't take it and it angered me!!!
I can only imagine how the Lord feels when we know we need help yet we reject the ONE who can give us the help.. Just like Poor Johnny we are blind!!!

Lord forgive me, for I know not what I do.
I know not how I reject you so please show me how to receive your love, grace and mercy!
Lord I thank you for opening up my eyes to see all that you have done and are doing in my life. give me a grateful heart.
Lord I pray for Poor Johnny.. I thank you for placing him there at the right time.. I thank you for using him to show me who I am. Father please bless him and turn his situation around.. For your glory!! Amen.

So, I was inspired to research on the hungry and the homeless all over the world and it was alarming what I found.. Here are some headlines I stumbled across that makes you want to stay on your knees and pray for this evil world(for goodness sake what do these people have left):

Three Men Set Homeless Man On Fire (Nashville, TN, Jan.)

Homeless Man Beaten and Robbed by Six Youths (Sarasota, FL, Jan.)

Homeless Man Attacked as He Slept (Los Angeles, CA, Feb.)

Dear Lord......

Dear Lord,
I know you can read so please respond!

"I closed up from love I didn't need the pain
once or twice was enough and it was all in vain
time starts to pass before you know it you're FROZEN
Now I don't care what they say my heart is crippled by the pain that I keep on closing, they cut me open and I keep bleeding love
I am trying hard not to hear and see because my goal is to keep from falling
but I keep bleeding love. Burnt out from the stress of life and people are getting to me. Even though I try to do right my timing is wrong!
Am I rushing to my destiny? am I running too fast? I don't know lord but I am out of breath and I don't see the finish line. My arms are too weak to hold up my banner. you said in your word if one is weak in crisis then they are weak indeed.
Have I failed? will I let down my team? God you seem far away how did the enemy get in. I love your commands and I want to do right but I am controlled by stupid things that really don't matter tossed and flipped by every tide and wave. Please I cry out to you GIVE ME THE STRENGTH to stand during this time where all I feel is the pain, the pain and the pain ..I need you to deal with me with unfailing love and teach me your principles. Even in my time of loneliness I see your face.. so lord, please carry me and teach me to be steadfast, how to love, how to forgive, and how to cast my burdens unto you. As a dog who returns to it's own vomit, I have acted in flesh and not only strayed in carnality but my spiritual man has been arrested with thoughts that I know don't come from you. LORD I am longing for your deliverance and I thank you for saving me and restoring unto me the joy of my salvation.
I write this to you in faith, believing and trusting that you will come through for me. Let my words be a sweet sound in your ears lord"

Love
C

Once upon a time!

Hello Saints...
I come in peace wishing you all have a blessed and glorious weekend.
I will be hanging with an old friend of mine coming from overseas.. I love those kind of visits full of old stories, unwrapping gifts and lots of laughter!
So so so.. what have I been doing? I am reading this book called "The Red Tent" by Anita Diamant which tells the story of Dinah, one of Jacob's daughters who was raped in the book of Genesis (chapter 34) by the Canaanite prince. Her brothers avenged her rape by slewing the men in the land of Schechem and taking all their wealth and costly possessions. Just a brief run down... The book is fiction and attempts to tell the story from the female perspective giving characters like Leah, Rachel and Dinah a voice. The writer attempts to convey through story telling and imagination reasons why certain things happen (i.e the reason why Jacob couldn't marry Rachel first and many others) The book is not a translation of the book of genesis but modern fiction of what the women of that time could would and maybe did say!
I am making sure I have my bible as reference though! Interesting read folks..
Scripture of the day:

James 3:8-10 "But no one can tame the tongue, it is a restless evil full of deadly poison. With the tongue we praise our lord and father and with it we curse men who are made in Gods likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing, my brothers this should not be so"

May God bless you as you continue to seek his face...and be careful what you speak the tongue is a treacherous thing...

The Land is green

Happy Friday people!! Today is early close at work so I will be running out of here shortly. But anyhow, I bring to you today a special artist TY BELLO
Who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too? Of course you can...especially if like TY Bello you were astutely aware of your potential from when you were 13, knew that there was a purpose to your existence and believed that ultimately, “absolutely nothing is unattainable for those who walk by faith and work hard...”
I am fully behind the props given to her by Genevieve Magazine. Toyin Bello was a member of group "Kush" which comprised Lara Bajomo, Emem Ema and TY Sokefun and they had the popular hit: Let's live together.
However my favorite song off their album was "I'm surrounded by fire" It was an intro but I wish they would have made a song out of it..Anyway TY has a song called "Greenland"
The song is rather sonorous...
She said:
"I've got a word and I wont let go, its your will I'm seeking so I'll keep on believing"
She is an inspiration and when people like her reach and follow her dreams, it is a domino effect because it gives someone like me the confidence and faith to follow whatever my dreams are. Toyin explains what the song Greenland means,
Greenland is not saying that everything is alright, it's just saying that there is power in our words. The more the people say the land is green, the greener the land will become. (She is referring to Nigeria) she says we as a people need to believe and change our mind sets and start blessing Nigeria.
Toyin, the Economics graduate, photographer, singer, songwriter, wife and charity activist! She took her photography skills to orphanage's and poverty stricken districts to capture parts of the world we dare not forget about.
People, TY Bello is my inspiration for the year. She has taken a stand in faith, to reach out to the poor, to encourage through her music and most of all MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Let us all do something! Have a wonderful weekend and God bless.
Click on the praise section to hear GREENLAND-It's the second video. (The 1st video is a mini documentary on her work)

Never would have made it.

So its been a while.. yes yes yes I know! I apologise once again but I will try.
My schedule lately has been rather chaotic.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOO PEOPLE THE SHOW WAS FABULOUS.
I was putting together a scholarship fundraiser and I was being pulled in 100 different directions. From asking 21 questions to 21 reminders to 21 flukes in the end it paid off. Every one had the routines down packed and people stepped up and assumed positions of responsibility.
It is funny how on the very last day everyone wanted to act like they helped put it together *cough cough* I can only thank God it came together.
There was singing, poetry, and dancing.
Lisa Johnson brought the house down with "Lord I'm available to you" and I surrender all" Keyoka was dynamic with the spoken word and lastly Paulette and family sang my favourite song "High in all the earth" ok and why was TJ giving a thumbs up to everyone in the audience I was in the back grooving!! It has been a while since we had the old school drums and keyboard give me that old time religion....I must say I was overwhelmed with how great the show was.. It was worth all the stress.
I had a grandmother come and hug me and tell me "I have to hug you for what you brought out in my grandkids" awww I still get goosebumps thinking of that.
The moral of the story is to challenge ourselves. if you have an idea or a vision, take baby steps, dust of rejection and all negativity and keep on trying.. if you hear no keep going till you hear yes...SEE YOUR PLAN TO FRUITION!!!!
This show started as an idea in my head and it came to pass with time effort and of course MONEY!!!! Thats a key factor.. you need to have generous sponsors, people who dont complain, people who just do it and get the job done!!
Thanks for reading and my song for the day is by Marvin Sapp: "I never would have made it without you"
God Bless xxx
Saved and Sanctified!
